Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative

  • Engage with customers, inquire about their initiatives, suggest our offerings, and energize customers about their purchases.
  • Go the extra mile in customer service by exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional support.
  • Ensure that the allocated areas are consistently stocked, orderly, and conducive to safe and convenient shopping.
  • Collude with supervisors and teammates to achieve sales objectives successfully.
  • Utilize the POS system to facilitate customer transactions and payments at the checkout counter.
  • Perform customer refund and exchange tasks following recommended procedures.
  • Ensure that the specified protocols for accepting cash, checks, and credit cards are implemented.
  • Produce price tags and promotional displays for goods. Arrange, label, and exhibit products.
  • Behave and operate in a way that upholds the foundational beliefs integral to the company's ethos.
  • Display and grasp the company's conformity with safety procedures.
  • Handle telephone calls in accordance with the established guidelines of the organization.
  • Be responsive to requests for help in different departments within the store.

Requirements of Customer Service Representative

  • Access is restricted to individuals who are 18 years or older.
  • Mastery of elementary math abilities.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and perform successfully in demanding situations.
  • Having forklift certifications from F&D may be compulsory for certain roles.
  • Certification for the operation of heavy equipment requires individuals to successfully pass a drug test where permitted by state law.

Physical/Sensory Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
