🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-level program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and governance across strategic initiatives. This is a non-coding, delivery-focused role ideal for candidates with strong program execution, communication, and leadership skills.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile ceremonies
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Develop and present executive-level reports and program updates
• Oversee program execution, including risks, dependencies, and milestones
• Drive governance, compliance, and vulnerability tracking processes
• Support budgeting, cost estimation, and forecasting
• Utilize JIRA for tracking, reporting, and backlog visibility
• Collaborate with RTEs, Product Owners, and leadership teams

✅ Required Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or RTE roles
• Strong experience in Agile delivery and PI Planning
• Expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Hands-on experience with JIRA (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
