Paralegal - Real Estate
Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA
Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a full-time paralegal for its Los Angeles Office, Real Estate Department.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Experience managing transactions from inception to closing
- Strong project management skills, including checklists, organizational charts
- Ability to manage portfolios of assets, multiple transactions
- Experience in multiple areas of real estate, including purchase and sale, finance, leasing
- Draft real estate forms, letters, closing documents under supervision of lawyers
- Proficiency in entity formation, Secretary of State filings, resolutions, certificates, and authority documents
- Review and analyze title, survey, zoning reports, and other due diligence
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with initiative, ability to anticipate issues and execute with precision and efficiency
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication with clients, outside vendors, and other parties

Salary
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 (commensurate with experience).
Barnes & Thornburg currently offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and life insurance, 401k/Roth, and paid time off.
