Job description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and stabilizing recruitment service within our HR Shared Service Center in Katowice you will be responsible to manage key stages of the hiring life cycle for assigned countries and business lines, acting as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders across Europe.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing selected stages of the full recruitment lifecycle – from requisition creation in the ATS to offer preparation and onboarding coordination
- Acting as a process owner for assigned recruitment activities, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across countries and business units
- Serving as a key point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate status, requisitions, and recruitment metrics
- Preparing and processing recruitment and onboarding documentation in line with local labor law requirements and established processes
- Coordinating background checks and ensuring full compliance with GDPR regulations
- Preparing regular reports and dashboards (KPIs, SLAs) to monitor recruitment performance and support decision-making
- Supporting continuous improvement and standardization of recruitment processes, especially during the transition to the HR Shared Services Center
- Identifying process inefficiencies and proactively proposing improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for recruitment processes and maintaining up-to-date process documentation (SOPs)
Your profile:
- Experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level, working language)
- Proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes
- Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Previous experience in a corporate, Shared Services Center (SSC), or international environment is strongly preferred
- Experience with ATS platforms and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters) is a strong advantage
