HR Manager (AZ)
Outerspace is a new type of Ops Center. We come from the brand side and have built and led operations for companies like Steve Madden, Prada, and Nice Laundry. We leverage the latest technology to support our high-growth brands and their daily operations — and we're growing fast. With a headquarters in New Jersey and facilities spanning multiple states, we're scaling our team to match our ambition. Our Arizona facility is a key part of that growth, and we need an HR leader who's ready to grow with us.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to serve as the primary HR presence at our Arizona facility. The HR Manager leads all people-related functions on-site — including employee relations, compliance, timekeeping, benefits, and talent acquisition — in a high-volume 3PL environment. This role partners closely with the HQ HR team in New Jersey to ensure consistency in policy, culture, and compliance while independently managing the full scope of HR needs at the AZ location. A successful candidate is someone who is solutions-oriented, exercises strong judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, generalist environment. They are approachable, communicate with clarity, and are passionate about building great workplaces.
