ABOUT MOMENT

Moment is the AI operating system for investment management, built for the world's largest wealth firms and fintechs. THE ROLE

We're hiring Deployment Strategists to function as the GM for a Moment engagement, owning the full lifecycle from first demo through implementation through massive expansion. You're the primary point of accountability for everything the customer needs to succeed and the visionary helping them transform their business.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and GTM. Every customer should feel like they have a cofounder embedded with them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pre-Sale: Solutioning & Vision. Run incredible demos, go onsite to learn how customers actually work, and translate what you learn into a clear architecture, POC, for the goal of a signed contract. Catch bad trajectories early and always think about how to best frame Moment as the AI Operating System for our customer's entire business.

Implementation & Launch. Own getting the customer live, happy, and excited to expand. Drive the implementation plan and manage deliverables across product, engineering, and sales. Roll the platform out in person with key users.

Growth & Expansion. The majority of contract value at Moment lands after the initial rollout — your job is taking accounts from zero to one, and then one to one hundred. Run QBRs with the BD owner, monitor adoption, and surface expansion paths.

X-Factor. Bring sharp customer feedback to product and engineering, or action it yourself for faster iteration loops. Champion new product areas, train internal teams to be product experts, and build bespoke demos and MVPs when a customer needs something Moment doesn't yet have.

YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Versatile experience across engineering, product, and GTM. You’re comfortable reading code and reasoning about APIs one hour and then running an exec conversation the next.
• Customer-obsessed and entrepreneurial mentality. You operate with founder-level ownership and don't wait for permission to solve problems.
• Ferociously curious mindset. You’re always trying to learn and innovate more.

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

• Prior experience in fintech, trading systems, or enterprise SaaS, especially owning a customer relationship end-to-end.
• Former background in (Deployment Strategist, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product Management, Investment Banking, Trading for Tier 1 Firms)
• Working fluency in Python or TypeScript and comfort with modern API design.
• A track record presenting to senior stakeholders or leading onsite workshops.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $200K to $300K
• Equity: aggressive initial grant + annual performance-based bonuses
