Job Description
As a Team Lead within the Credit Analyst Division, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Credit Analysts through structured on‑the‑job training. This includes providing guidance in credit underwriting, risk analysis and management, product knowledge, as well as adherence to internal policies and processes.
In this role, you will perform in‑depth financial analysis and assess the feasibility of new and existing credit facilities. You will ensure that loan structures are appropriate, risks are adequately identified and mitigated, and credit write‑ups are robust, well‑articulated, and aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite.
You will also play a key role in addressing audit findings, responding to queries from Group Credit, and preparing periodic management reports covering new, renewal, and existing loan portfolios. Additional responsibilities include supporting ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
