Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client's busy Adult Social Care team in Oxfordshire. This role focuses on delivering strengths-based, person-centred support to help adults live independently and safely within their communities.

The Role

• Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and outcome-focused support plans
• Deliver strengths-based interventions promoting independence and resilience
• Assess for equipment, Assistive Technology, and minor/major adaptations
• Provide moving & handling advice and risk management strategies
• Support reablement and reduce long-term care needs
• Work collaboratively with health, housing, and partner agencies
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries in line with legislation
• Maintain accurate, legally compliant records and reports
• Manage a varied caseload and contribute to service performance

What You’ll Need

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, MCA 2005 & relevant legislation
• Experience in community / adult social care settings
• Confident completing assessments and writing reports digitally
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
