From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the CEO to establish company goals and trickle them across the company.
  • Direct and oversee strategic business initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, from conceptualization to successful execution, with guidance from senior leadership.
  • Support executives in decision-making, program management, and the effective implementation of goals and initiatives.
  • Assess and enhance organizational structure by identifying and addressing knowledge and skills gaps.
  • Optimize existing processes and refine organizational procedures to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

  • Facilitate collaboration across work streams that would otherwise operate in isolation.
  • Establish connections between the leadership team and the broader organization to foster cohesive communication and alignment of goals.
  • Serve as an impartial intermediary and truth-bearer, offering a comprehensive perspective devoid of internal politics when the leader requires wide-ranging insights. Additionally, act as a trusted confidant without personal organizational biases.

Example of Operational Duties:

  • Help the CEO to plan and communicate the company’s strategy and goals.

  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Nimble business mind focused on developing creative solutions
