As a Technical Customer Sales Specialist, you will act as a trusted technical partner to our customers. This role blends technical knowledge, customer service, and consultative sales, supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment. You will work closely with OSB producers to: Provide technical support and application guidance Identify opportunities for aftermarket parts, upgrades, and retrofits Translate customer needs into clear technical and commercial proposals This position involves regular travel to customer sites across Canada, the United States, and internationally, where you will interface with maintenance teams, engineers, and plant leadership.
