At Teton Physical Therapy, you'll join a hospital-connected rehabilitation team that provides true continuity of care across the full patient journey while collaborating closely with physicians and fellow therapists. Our clinicians enjoy a diverse caseload that includes orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, oncology, and more—all delivered through one-on-one patient care with built-in documentation time. With a generous continuing education budget, structured mentorship, and opportunities for leadership growth, Teton is an ideal place for therapists who are passionate about learning, collaboration, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation: $90k - $100k + $10k sign-on bonus inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
