Benefits begin on day one and include: Day one medical, dental, and vision coverage Pre-paid tuition through Future Forward A predictable schedule Paid time off and paid parental leave Retirement savings with company match Well-being and mental health resources What You'll Do Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging and provide procedural support in collaboration with physicians Independently complete detailed ultrasounds, using appropriate imaging techniques to ensure accuracy and diagnostic value Assist physicians with ultrasound guidance during procedures and other diagnostic interventions Review images for quality and accuracy and repeat or adjust studies as needed Document patient history, clinical information, imaging results, and procedural details accurately in the EMR Communicate significant findings and observations promptly to providers Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and clean and disinfect probes and equipment in accordance with infection prevention and compliance standards Explain procedures clearly, provide compassionate support, and help create a calm, reassuring patient experience Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and team members to support efficient clinic operations and quality care Participate in training, staff meetings, and improvement efforts while modeling professionalism, flexibility, and organizational values What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. ARDMS or ARRT registry required. If not currently registered, must be eligible for registry and has 12 months from date of hire to complete registry. Required. Experience: One year experience in Sonography, preferred. Licensure/Certification: ARRT RT(S) or ARDMS certified or Board eligible, required. ARDMS certified within first year of employment, required. Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; good communication skills, capable of functioning alone in diagnostic rooms; working knowledge of various types of ultrasound equipment, able to adapt to new and various situations and procedures according to age of patient served.
