What We Offer Registered Nurse – Stroke & Neuro (Full-Time, Days) 📍 Presbyterian Medical Center – Charlotte, NC 🕒 Schedule: 7am–7pm, Full-Time Day Shift 💰 Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 + Relocation up to $7,500! Our Stroke and Neuro Unit specializes in caring for patients with acute stroke, seizure disorders, and other complex neurological conditions. Nurses on this team play a vital role in both acute interventions and long-term recovery, supporting patients and families through some of their most critical health journeys. What You'll Do Caring for patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, seizures, and neuromuscular disorders Administering and titrating IV medications, blood products, and specialized drips Supporting patients through acute stroke protocols, including thrombolytic therapy and post-thrombectomy care Monitoring neurological status and identifying early changes in condition Providing patient and family education on recovery, rehabilitation, and long-term disease management What We're Looking For Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. Experience : One year relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification : Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire, required. Why Choose Novant Health?
