Pharmacy Technician – Refill (Outpatient)

Location: 3250 S 76th Street, Suite 400, Philadelphia, PA 19153 Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp to Perm Opportunity) Shift: Day Shift (Details to be confirmed) Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician – Refill to join a fast-paced outpatient pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling high-volume prescription refills and be comfortable working in a team-oriented healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage prescription refill requests efficiently
• Handle high-volume workflow while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing
• Enter prescription data into pharmacy systems accurately
• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding refill status
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory control Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting
• Active CPHT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) or PTCB certification – Required
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and refill processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure Additional Information:
