Engineer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Engineer to join our dynamic team in Wrocław, Poland. As an Engineer in our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to complex problems across various projects and industries.

• Develop and optimize engineering solutions to meet project requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze problems and propose effective technical solutions
• Create detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software
• Conduct thorough analysis and testing of engineering systems and components
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in engineering technologies and methodologies
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation for stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in engineering design, development, and implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and engineering software tools
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Professional engineering certification or license is a plus
