We're looking for an Associate Director, Software Engineer to: Design, develop, and maintain of new and existing application software.
Ensure high standards of engineering are applied across the chapter. Support the broader strategy and goals of the organization to ensure chapter members are equipped to understand in their context. Work with Crew Leads and Agile coaches to understand and resolve challenges, seize new opportunities, and improve collaboration.
Demonstrate facilitative approach to issue resolution and show willingness to cross role boundaries to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with other pods in the crew supporting complex, multi-tier applications running on varied tech stack. Own the commercial and technical product specification, ensuring the quality of the product including discretionary, technical and non-functional requirements, e.g
production stability, performance, availability and maintainability. Define product development strategies to meet business objectives; Define and manage pod OKRs in collaboration with pod members and crew leads. Develop a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap and align it with the crew product lead, crew technical lead, chapter leads and POs in other pods for related products.

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $170,700 to $186,000/year, 40 hrs/wk.
