We’re looking for a Senior Financial Systems Developer – TM1 to join a small, highly collaborative Data & Analytics team that supports and evolves our enterprise financial system, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). This is a senior‑level role where your expertise will directly shape how teams plan, forecast, and make strategic decisions across the business. You’ll optimize our current TM1 environment, design intuitive self‑service tools, and partner closely with finance and technical teams to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions - all in a culture that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement. *The target salary range for this role extends into the $140k range, depending on experience and overall fit.* About the Role As a Senior Financial Systems Developer, you’ll play a key role in modernizing and expanding our TM1 ecosystem. You’ll balance hands‑on development with strategic thinking, helping business partners translate complex needs into elegant, reliable solutions. Your work will enable faster insights, stronger forecasting, and smarter decisions - while leaving a clear handprint on the tools and processes you build.
