- Corporate Marketing
- Assist in creating internal and external communication materials (press releases, social media content, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support media relations, including handling routine inquiries and coordinating interviews.
- Support the planning and execution of brand promotion activities.
- Maintain the company's brand visual identity assets.
- General Administrative Support
- Help coordinate cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
- Handle departmental administrative tasks (meeting arrangement, expense tracking, other ad. hoc etc.).
- Government Relations Support
- Assist in developing and implementing government relations strategies and help maintain positive communication with local authorities.
- Coordinate government meetings, industry forums, and policy discussions, providing logistical and administrative support.
- Maintain a complete and up-to-date database of all government-related documents and communication records.
- Market Intelligence Collection and Analysis
- Collect and compile market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Assist in tracking marketing campaign performance to support strategy optimization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Marketing, International Business, Administrative Management or related majors.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in public affairs, corporate communication, brand marketing or government relations are preferred.
- Good English skills.
- Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, especially PPT.
- Experience in self-media operation is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Positive and proactive work attitude, with certain pressure-bearing capacity.
