eSimplicity is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative data analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level backend and frontend solutions within a modernized Azure-based data ecosystem. This role emphasizes scalability, security, and integration with advanced analytics and data-sharing tools. This role integrates analytical and AI solutions within existing system architectures and workflows. Successful candidates will be eligible to hold a U.S. Federal Public Trust security clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise-level backend and frontend solutions within a modernized Azure-based data ecosystem. Develop scalable and secure analytics and data-sharing tools. Integrate analytical and AI solutions within existing system architectures and workflows. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline 7+ years of professional software development experience, with 4+ years building backend systems at scale. Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL/ELT patterns. Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including: Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) – data organization, security, performance tuning. Azure Synapse Analytics – SQL pools, Spark pools, data warehousing, performance optimization. Azure Data Factory (ADF) – complex pipelines, triggers, parameterization, monitoring, and error handling. Self-hosted Integration Runtime – setup, scaling, networking, security, and troubleshooting. Strong expertise in SQL and Java. Familiarity with Azure networking (VNET, private endpoints, firewalls). Knowledge of medallion architecture. Proficiency with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines (YAML), build/release automation, repo management, branching strategies, and code reviews. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality and accurate work. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of Azure networking and security. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. Preferred experience working in government programs and/or regulated environments. Soft leadership skills – including mentoring of other technical personnel on the program. Working Environment: eSimplicity supports a hybrid work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager. Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 5% per year.
