Job description
This is a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk position responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Under general supervision, the ideal candidate will process and manage vendor invoices through the ERP system and reconcile AP accounts to ensure accuracy. Additional responsibilities include researching and resolving invoice discrepancies, responding to vendor inquiries, monitoring the GRNI account, and tracking monthly payments. The role also involves a variety of general clerical accounting functions such as filing, posting, preparing vouchers, and drafting memos. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree; and a minimum 2 years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with an ERP based payable system (Infor XA/MAPICS experience desirable)
- 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing plant. (preferred)
Annual Target Salary = $47,840.00
