Program Overview

This internship is a 12-week program running from May 18th to August 7th, 2026, designed to provide you with hands-on experience and a pathway to potential full-time employment. As an intern, you'll participate in professional development, engage in a business challenge culminating in a presentation to our executive leadership, and network with industry professionals.

Your Role

• Automate Portfolio Data Collection and Reporting: Design automated workflows for gathering and visualizing project portfolio data to improve efficiency.
• Develop AI-Driven Insights: Utilize machine learning techniques to analyze trends, predict project risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Build Interactive Dashboards: Create and maintain dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau to enable real-time monitoring of project metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze project portfolio data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain reporting models and dashboards to enhance visibility.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes for improved accuracy.
• Apply AI and machine learning to uncover trends and enhance portfolio insights.
• Support the creation of automated reporting solutions for project statuses and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should ideally meet the following:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or other querying languages.
• Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of project management concepts.
• Prior internship or project experience in data analysis or automation.
