Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in project management and coordination. The Project Coordinator will support various project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning and organizing project activities.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications among project stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and update project documentation regularly.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to team members and management.
  • Help identify and resolve project issues to keep deliverables on track.
  • Support budget tracking and ensure financial documentation is accurate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
