Executive Assistant to GM and Sustainability Coordinator

• Provide full administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the GM.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for executive meetings.
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing sustainability initiatives (e.g., Earth Day, recycling drives, zero‑waste campaigns, sustainability workshops).
• Prepare sustainability communication materials (newsletters, posters, intranet updates).
• Engage with stakeholders, including guests, employees, and local communities, to promote sustainability awareness and initiatives.

• Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles (1–3 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good in Thai and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting hospitality sustainability programs or ESG reporting.
