B2B Sales Development Rep (Onsite) 📍 Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458 | Full-Time | Direct Hire

We are looking for results driven sales development reps for our client, a growing healthcare SaaS company in Upper Saddle River, NJ, to join their onsite sales and lead generation team. You'll play a key role in reaching out facility managers at hospitals by phone and offer demo of their software.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to facility managers at hospitals and healthcare organizations
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM software
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales lead goals and call activity targets

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated B2B outbound sales and cold-calling experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a high call volume
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer — visa sponsorship is not available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • B2B calling
