Senior Backend Engineer / Technical Lead (AI Agents Development)

We are hiring Senior Backend Engineer / Technical Lead to join our Innovation Center.

This role is for engineer who already build AI Agents software using AI-native workflows (AI IDEs, coding agents, agent orchestration, context engineering, prompting), not just occasional AI assistance and already has experience in leading a technical team. You will be responsible for scaling AI-native practices across the team, ensuring that the increased velocity provided by AI doesn't compromise system stability or long-term maintainability. You lead both the people and the technical vision.

You will work with a strong, fast-moving, people-oriented team to build real innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship software solutions (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations — depending on your strength)
• Scale AI-native engineering standards and team practices to consistently raise both engineering quality and collective productivity
• Provide strong system and people leadership, guiding the team to build robust architectures while mentoring them in AI-first excellence
• Use AI IDEs (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or equivalent) as core development tools
• Use AI coding agents in daily work (including sub-agents / agent teams)
• Apply context engineering and prompting to improve speed and quality
• Review, validate, and harden AI-generated code for production use
• Collaborate closely with product/design/AI/engineering teammates
• Contribute to AI-first engineering practices and standards

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience (backend, or full-stack) with hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled solutions or internal tools
• Prior experience in a lead engineer role with demonstrated cross-team influence
• Deep hands-on experience across the full SDLC: from requirements and architecture through testing, deployment, and production operations
• Strong proficiency with AI IDEs (Cursor / GitHub Copilot / Windsurf or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in real projects
• Experience with agent-based workflows (sub-agents, agent teams, orchestration)
• Strong practical skills in context engineering and prompting for coding tasks
• Your workflow has been primarily AI-driven (you write little/minimal code manually and focus on direction, context, validation, and quality)
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Cross-stack experience (frontend + backend)
• Experience with testing automation, cloud, DevOps
• Experience creating reusable prompts / agent playbooks
• Experience mentoring others in AI-first development
