Business Support Executive – New Zealand Rimkus is a professional services firm working in the construction and insurance sectors. We provide forensic consulting, dispute resolution and commercial support services to contractors, property developers, insurers and law firms. Due to company growth across our APAC business, we are seeking an energetic, proactive and experienced Business Support Executive to join our Auckland CBD office. The role The Business Support Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities. As a key member of the Business Support team, this position provides essential administrative and operational support to management and teams. As well as being part of the Auckland team, the successful candidate will work as part of our APAC Business Support team. Key Responsibilities include: · Provide general administrative support for the team in the Auckland office and the APAC region. · Support team members in the Auckland office and across the APAC region. · Provide office management including (but not limited to) phone answering, managing suppliers, asset management, liaising with building management. · Jointly manage the shared mailbox for the APAC business support team. · Establish and administer new client projects · Support the Finance team with client billing cycle · Organise and support with company and client events

· Previous experience working in a professional services business, would be beneficial, however, not essential. · Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation. · Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines. · Familiar with Microsoft office suite. · Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, such as reporting and corresponding. · Aptitude for resolving issues effectively and proactively. · Ability to understand corporate operations and procedures, and to handle confidential information. · Knowledge of billing cycles would be advantageous.
