Responsibilities Handle client communications in Hungarian via phone, email, and chat Assist with travel bookings and provide comprehensive travel information Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally Maintain meticulous records of client interactions in our systems Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction Communicate promotions and additional services to clients to enhance their travel experience Collect client feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
