Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of the medical supply chain, including procurement, storage, and distribution. Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess or obsolete items. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to storage and transportation of medical products. Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve performance targets and foster professional development. Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on logistics activities and key performance indicators. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the logistics function.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, healthcare administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and healthcare regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
