Role Overview We are looking for a driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring and support talent strategy across the organisation. This role will partner closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent, while continuously improving recruitment processes and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions (tech, commercial, operations, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies Drive sourcing efforts via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong quality of hire Manage offer process including salary benchmarking, negotiation, and closing 2. Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership teams Provide market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges Influence and guide stakeholders on hiring decisions and timelines 3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates Leverage employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction 4. Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health) Identify gaps and drive improvements in recruitment processes and tools Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey 5. Employer Branding & Projects Support employer branding initiatives across social media and career platforms Partner with marketing or HR teams on recruitment campaigns and events Lead or contribute to TA-related projects (e.g. ATS implementation, campus hiring, referral programs)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions or seniority levels Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
