Operations Executive (Contract) - FinOps

What will you do: Banking & Payments: Setup and process all payment disbursals; verify that incoming customer fees are accurately credited to the correct accounts. Reconciliations: Maintain account balances and perform frequent, high-volume bank reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies. Operational Excellence: Execute tasks within strict Turn Around Times (TAT) and suggest improvements to streamline current workflows. Risk & Compliance: Promptly report any SOP deviations or operational issues and maintain updated process documentation. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met and provide constructive feedback to peers.

What are we looking for: Undergraduate in finance, accounting, or any related field. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. You will shine if you have: Experience in operations role (internship or part time) 1-2 years experience in operations role if not a fresh graduate
