Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and enhance employee experience. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation in HR systems Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support hiring managers in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer management Work with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and improve time-to-hire Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Assist in handling employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters and grievance handling 4. Performance Management & HR Programs Support performance review cycles and track completion of appraisals Assist in implementing HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives Drive HR projects such as engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and process improvements 5. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal HR policies Support audits and ensure proper HR documentation and reporting Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3–6 years of HR generalist experience Strong understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and best practices Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
