Your primary focus of the job is to ensure the maximum automation of business processes and the functionality of the IT infrastructure in support of the organisation’s operations and software development. Responsibilities Maintains the strategic information technology plan of RenMoney in line with current business needs and changing requirements. Develops and implements information technology and management systems policy, establishing the operating guidelines, procedures, and standards of performance to ensure the department meets or exceeds RenMoney’s information system needs and objectives Defines annual operating plans and budgets for the IT function (managed directly) and the use of IT within the wider organisation (managed indirectly). Controls IT expenses to ensure the budget is not exceeded. Builds reliable fault tolerant infrastructure including network, telephony, hardware and cloud infrastructure. Builds reliable and rapid CI/CD processes both in production and testing environment. Manages the support direction for systems, hardware and customers including monitoring and incident management. Manages the delivery of seamless IT services to users across RenMoney in line with corporate requirements and service level agreements. Manages the administrating of Renmoney’s accounting systems. Develops and coordinates the delivery of IT solutions to RenMoney in accordance with agreed priorities, plans and standards.

Required: B.Sc. degree from an accredited university in computer science, mathematics, information technology or computer engineering. Post-graduate degree in related field or professional qualification is essential. A minimum of 6 years in progressive leadership roles. Preferred: Minimum 8 years’ experience in network administration with Windows services; to include knowledge of TCP/IP, network security, antivirus and anti-spam techniques. CCNA, Network+ and A+ certified, Microsoft certifications. This job is perfect for you if you: Possess a strong knowledge of programming language, operating systems and internet applications, Have an in-depth knowledge of Cisco Firewalls, routers and switches. Have an in-depth knowledge of Windows servers including Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft SQL. Have an in-depth knowledge of accounting systems, Mambu is preferred. Demonstrate experience in the most current technologies and products used in the industry. You will not enjoy this job if you: Work best in structured, hierarchical settings. Require clear, pre-set deliverables and constant direction. Are used to working in/with a large team.
