Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Regeneron UK & Ireland oncology team. You'll help develop brand strategies for current and upcoming oncology products, working with colleagues across departments and regions. This role offers the chance to shape how healthcare professionals engage with treatments that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

A Typical Day:

• Analysing market trends to uncover promotional opportunities
• Crafting targeted messages for healthcare professionals
• Creating promotional materials for sales teams and digital channels
• Managing material development while ensuring ABPI compliance
• Organizing stakeholder engagement at congresses and HCP meetings
• Reviewing brand performance metrics to identify improvement areas
• Collaborating with Medical Affairs on aligned brand strategies
• Coordinating with agencies on creative deliverables

To be considered, you need a Bachelor's degree (science background preferred) and 2+ years of marketing experience. You should have experience managing agencies and knowledge of healthcare compliance codes. The position requires strong communication skills and willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, including some weekends. Experience in oncology marketing and product launches is beneficial but not required.
