Vehicle Painter

Mix and apply paint, primers, and clear coats to vehicles ensuring a smooth and high-quality finish. Inspect finished work for quality and perform touch-ups or corrections as needed. Operate paint spray equipment safely and maintain it properly. Follow safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment and handling of hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Keep accurate records of paint usage and work completed.

Proven experience as a vehicle painter or in automotive refinishing. Ability to prepare surfaces and apply paint with precision and attention to detail. Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and coatings used in vehicle painting. Proficiency in operating spray painting equipment safely and effectively. Understanding of health and safety regulations related to painting and handling chemicals. Good color vision and aesthetic judgment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications or training in automotive painting are advantageous.
