Job description

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x / week onsite) | Makati Head of Corporate Health & Wellness Services to lead our onsite clinic management and corporate care programs for partner organizations. This role will design and deliver holistic healthcare and wellness solutions that support employee well-being, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and strengthen long-term client partnerships. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, allied health, or related medical field (required) At least 8 years of healthcare experience, with at least 5 years in corporate health services, clinic management, or occupational health programs Strong background in program development, client relationship management, and healthcare operations Experience in managing multi-site teams and corporate partnerships an advantage In-depth understanding of corporate wellness, occupational health standards, and DOH regulations Proven ability to design and roll out health & wellness programs Strong leadership, client-facing, and presentation skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee onsite medical services for corporate accounts, ensuring quality and compliance with DOH and industry standards Maximize clinic operations by aligning resources, staffing, and processes with client needs Develop and implement care programs, health campaigns, and wellness initiatives tailored to corporate clients Partner with client HR teams to design preventive care programs, health awareness sessions, and engagement activities Build strong, proactive relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their evolving healthcare needs are met Drive utilization of Primary Care Clinics by integrating corporate programs with our broader healthcare ecosystem Ensure seamless coordination between onsite clinics and external service network Monitor and review clinical documentation, incident reporting, and audit readiness o Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, allied health staff) Foster a service-oriented and patient-centered culture in corporate clinics
