You will be the frontline support for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience online. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, product inquiries, and after-sales support. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their purchases. Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or web shop environments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or office setting. Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications. Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support. Motivated, reliable, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
