Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Customer Service Agent to join a leading payment provider. This remote position based in Greece offers a unique opportunity to provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the fintech payment industry. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution, enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Provide efficient and professional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to payment processing, account management, and transaction issues. Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to deliver informed support.
Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in payment processing or fintech industries. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Interest in fintech and payment technologies is desirable.
