Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)| Full-Time Stability Location: Texas Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver therapy services remotely while maintaining a structured, full-time schedule. You’ll work with clients facing a range of mental health concerns, providing guidance, structured interventions, and measurable treatment outcomes. Responsibilities: Deliver virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients Conduct assessments and document clinical findings Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client needs Maintain organized and compliant documentation Communicate effectively with clients and care teams Uphold professional standards in all interactions

Active LPC license in Texas Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth experience preferred) Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Reliable internet connection and private workspace
