On Premise Festival & Event Manager

Event Strategy & Partnerships

• Build strong relationships with festival organizers, promoters, creators, agencies, and key On Premise partners.
• Map and deeply understand Japan’s event landscape to identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Create and execute the national festival & event strategy in alignment with international guidelines and local market needs.
• Negotiate partnerships that turn investment into content, visibility, and long‑term value. 

Event Management & Execution

• Secure Red Bull’s presence and ensure high‑quality 360° execution at music festivals and third‑party events.
• Manage allocation and usage of On Premise event tools and equipment, driving efficiency and ROI.
• Track, evaluate, and report event performance and results.
• Support On Premise teams and Musketeers with tools, concepts, and best‑in‑class execution. 

Contribution & Market Insight

• Act as a Red Bull ambassador internally and externally.
• Share best practices locally and internationally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging event formats.
• Turn insights into innovative programs that strengthen brand image and drive business growth. 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in consumer events, festivals, or event marketing.
• Strong understanding of On Premise environments and event culture.
• Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Fluent Japanese (written & spoken) and business‑level English.
