BIW CAD Engineer

 

• Perform 3D data construction and 2D drawing creation based on the concept development proposals for automotive components.
• Release initial and final documentation, including 3D models, 2D drawings, Product Data (PD), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other relevant documents, into customer's management information systems such as OAS (Order and Administration System), Enovia, 3Dexperience, etc.
• Manage ECO (Engineering Change Order) change releases and new ECOs related to technical modifications from the Project Request (PR) to the S-release stage.
• Oversee ECO change releases and new ECOs related to technical modifications from the S-release to the Start of Production (SOP) stage.
• Manage OAS information, including creating parts, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Bill of Materials (BOM) list structures, part priming, managing ECO release statuses, and conducting related activities.

 

•  More than 5 years’ experience about BIW design, closure system is better and 2 platform from styling to NC .( TG 2)
•  Ability to layout door hinge  
•  Ability to check the styling feasibility from engineer side. 
• 2D section detail design and co-operate with interior and exterior 
• knowledge about stamping , welding and painting process SE req
