Job description
Overview •Represents HR to the site and geography-based managers/employees •Be in charge of frontline campus hire projects •Supports recurring HR services, processes and training •Coordinate with ChCC to deliver hiring, performance management, and other daily operations •Support HRBP/Local HRM to provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships •Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating Responsibilities •Represents HR to the site and geography-based managers/employees. •Be in charge of frontline campus hire projects •Support HRBP/Local HRM to manage full cycle of performance management •Coordinate with ChCC to deliver hiring, performance management, and other daily operations •Activate global HR solutions, core processes and training •Support site employee relations •Feed local pulse to Senior Local HR/HRBP •Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws •Execute processes to tackle site problems (turnover, absenteeism) •Local community/government employment agency contact •Produce regular and ad hoc reports from myHR system, and support review and analysis.
