Supply Chain Manager
As our Supply Chain Manager, you will have full responsibility for the procurement of materials used to manufacture Exlar products along with planning and scheduling of production work to meet or exceed customer delivery expectations. You will manage a motivated team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiencies, reduce material costs, and improve on-time-delivery.
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Salary: $120,000 to $150,000

Your Challenge
Management responsibility for purchasing and production planning roles within the manufacturing facility.
End to end responsibility for materials from sourcing of raw goods to planning of production orders to meet delivery goals.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies including the addition of new suppliers and negotiation of sourcing agreements.
Develop and implement stocking strategies to support lead time goals for product lines.
Develop and utilize KPIs to measure performance and identify risks to maximize efficiencies and minimize disruptions to production.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing operations, or related role.
3+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
APICS CPIM certification is an asset.
Experience working in manufacturing environment with low volume and high mix is an asset.
Up to 10 to 20% of travel required.
Strong knowledge and experience using ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be U.S. Person.
