Turn Demand into Decisions

We believe that great planning is at the heart of great execution. By aligning demand, supply, and business priorities, we enable smarter decisions and stronger performance across the organization.

We are looking for a driven and analytical Demand Planning Manager who thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys turning complexity into clarity. If you are motivated by creating structure, influencing stakeholders, and driving business impact through planning — this could be your next role.

Primary Responsibilities

As Demand Planning Manager, you will own and drive the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between commercial demand, operational capabilities, and financial objectives.

We are currently redesigning our planning setup, and you will play a key role in shaping how demand planning and S&OP are structured going forward. This is a unique opportunity to influence processes, tools, and ways of working, and to elevate planning into a strong strategic & Tactical capability across the organization.

You will translate market demand into actionable plans, balancing service, inventory, and capacity across the supply chain. Acting as a central link between Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Finance, you will drive transparency, alignment, and data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Interactions

Product Line Directors (portfolio and demand drivers)

Sales & Sales Administration (demand shaping and order pipeline)

Operations Directors & Site Management (capacity and execution alignment) Procurement & Supply Chain (material availability and supplier constraints)

R&D / Engineering (NPI and lifecycle changes)

Finance (forecast alignment and business performance)

Leadership Expectations

• Lead and continuously develop the global S&OP process, ensuring strong governance and stakeholder alignment

• Drive improvements in demand planning, including forecast accuracy and demand shaping

• Own the demand forecast across products, markets, and time horizons

• Translate demand into realistic supply plans, balancing capacity, lead times, and inventory targets

• Oversee Master Production Planning across global production sites

• Act as Business Process Owner for MRP, ensuring data quality and process consistency

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product Management, Operations, Procurement, and R&D

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure operational readiness

• Identify risks and opportunities through scenario planning and data analysis

• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and KPIs

Qualifications Required

• A relevant degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar

• Solid experience within demand planning, supply chain planning, or S&OP (typically 7+ years)

• Experience working in a global or multi-site manufacturing environment • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes

• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)

• Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is an advantage

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment
