Position Summary:
The primary focus of this role is the delivery of the IT Global Product Development & Supply portfolio. This position is responsible for the planning and execution of assigned projects supporting IT for the Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) function, reporting to the Associate Director, GPS IT Program Manager. This job will require orchestrating project related efforts across a broad set of stakeholders and sponsors ensuring project commitments are met with the right sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver project management services to clients
Actively engage in all phases of the project life cycle from initiation to closure
Assist in preparation of project charters, business cases and related artifacts
Develop communication plans, RACI’s, project governance and related deliverables
Collaborate with enterprise, site and cross functional project teams to gather and analyze tasks
Become technically familiar with manufacturing initiatives being driven per enterprise-site IT roadmaps
Review all body of work, create detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) across swim-lanes
Build integrated plan with critical path dependencies and key milestones. Perform sprint planning
Drive sprint like schedules to lead iterative requirements gathering and application development
Identify and resolve any discrepancies to ensure project momentum is maintained.
Create RAID logs, communicate in a timely fashion, bring visibility and drive resolution.
Proactively identify, communicate and resolve obstacles to drive project progress.
Support creation of estimates, manage and evaluate budgetary impact of proposed changes.
Prepare implementation plans, socialize ahead of time per developed communication plan.
Follow up all project activities with all stakeholders, ensure compliance with committed activities.
Track progress against baseline plan, create status reports and present updates to stakeholders.
Develop, secure and maintain all project deliverables in collaboration sites.
Coach, lead and manage Project Coordinators / Integration Managers (where applicable)
Work both independently and in a team environment
Consult and align application, infrastructure, manufacturing sites and departmental teams.
Work closely with cross functional teams across IT Organizations, Operating Units and Vendor teams.
Acquire and maintain sufficient domain knowledge and participate to document strategy definitions.
Exercise sound judgment in making decisions and recommendations within generally defined practices and policies and notify senior management when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Science, or related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Experience implementing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for Electronic Batch Record would be a plus.
Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, project management principles, methodologies and tools
A solid understanding of how projects are planned & executed. Proven leadership skills and track record of success in managing IT projects. Excellent project and program management skills.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of drug development and manufacturing preferred.
Experience with GPS related platforms and adjacent tools such as MES, SAP, Veeva Vault, LIMS, Mfg. Automation Systems as well as collaboration technologies preferred.
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). PMP certification is a plus.
Competency in Microsoft Project, Outlook, MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Share Point, Visio, Kanban planners (plus).
Experience with software development methodologies and requirements-gathering techniques such as Agile (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) and Waterfall is preferred.
Experience using any of industry standard Agile tooling suites (e.g., Jira, Confluence etc.), and knowledge in requirement grooming sessions, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, tasks creation, and collaborating with stakeholders is a plus.

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
