Responsibilities Train, Advise, Assist, and Integrate the IqAF RIAIS Backshop to enhance maintenance effectiveness and aircraft readiness. Provide diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of avionics components at intermediate and extended maintenance levels. Assist with maintenance and repair of RIAIS/IAIS systems, including TCTO documentation and training. Ensure spares availability and support flight operations. Train IqAF personnel in use of technical publications, schematics, and applicable specifications. Recommend procedural changes to improve shop productivity and maintenance outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with CLS and IqAF personnel; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: USAF 7-skill level (Craftsman) or civilian equivalent with A&P certification preferred. Certifications: A&P certification preferred. Experience: 8 to 10 years in PW F-100 Engine Backshop or avionics intermediate-level maintenance. Other Requirements: U.S. Citizen; eligible for Secret clearance; experienced with international teams preferred; must be globally deployable, including to Middle East regions.
