Director - Clinical Pharmacy Services, Infectious Diseases

The clinical infectious diseases leader will be paramount to create standardization, efficiency, safety and cost savings while advancing clinical infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship practice and optimizing patient outcomes. They will do this through complex interdisciplinary relationship management via medical service lines, executive physician leaders, nursing and ancillary support as well as market- and enterprise-level pharmacy leadership. Leadership across the entire enterprise will be dependent upon direct reporting structure as well as influence. Success in the role requires prioritizing enterprise-level affiliations and work over any potential, legacy affiliations at the regional or market level. Clinical pharmacy operations help to manage the medication formulary and drive to organizational standards of practice across the enterprise and across the continuum of care.
