Purpose Lead the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, improve product quality, and enhance overall efficiency in a high-mix, low-volume ESP manufacturing environment encompassing both engineer-to-order (ETO) and make-to-order (MTO) configurations.
