Job description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 
As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will work within commercial analytics, using data and insights to strengthen sales performance and support data‑driven commercial decisions. You will analyze sales, customer and web data to identify opportunities, follow up performance, and support commercial priorities in the Sales Market. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Greece consisting of Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. 

You will: 

  • Combine consumer and market research with full‑funnel web analytics, testing, and campaign evaluation to uncover behavioral patterns, identify opportunities, and support data‑driven commercial decisions across the organization
  • Conduct 360 analysis from customer, web and sales perspective to gather insights relevant for Commercial team
  • Analyze full funnel web performance across .com and app, including traffic, user behavior, product performance, and sales
  • Provide insights on campaign effectiveness, including conversion attribution and return on ad spend
  • Analyze sales, customer and web data to draw insights related to QCP, product, assortment and pricing
  • Analyze customer feedback across touchpoints to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and measure the impact of commercial activities
  • Plan, support, and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing to optimize customer experience and conversion in online store and CRM/Email
  • Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and product performance reviews. 
  • Implement tagging, tracking, and SEO analytics to ensure accurate data collection and improve visibility in owned channels
  • Act as expert user of SQL and data platforms, supporting data extraction and team upskilling
  • Support Experience Lead, E‑com Leads, Commercial Managers and Marketing team with analytics activities and share insights
  • Conduct commercial and sales performance analysis, generating actionable insights from reports and dashboards to support decision‑making
  • Plan, quantify and drive execution of tactical activations in the Sales Market, within the budget and frame set by Global (e.g., maximum discount) 
  • Consult and collect input from Commercial Leads on plan and execution of tactical activations  
  • Drive business cases and follow-up of 'Big rocks', in alignment with Commercial Manager and Commercial leads 
  • Conduct 360 analysis from customer, web and sales perspective to gather insights relevant for Commercial team

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will work closely with Commercial, Digital Experience, E‑commerce and Marketing teams, supporting strong commercial decisions through insights, follow‑ups and analytics support. You will collaborate cross‑functionally, translating data into clear recommendations that support prioritization and execution. 

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We are looking for people with… 

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial analytics, preferably within e‑commerce, retail or a data‑driven commercial environment.  
  • Strong experience in sales, customer and performance analytics.  
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Power BI.  
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, performance measurement and tracking implementation.  
  • Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.  
  • Professional English skills, written and spoken.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Athens, Greece. The Commercial Business Analyst report to the Commercial Manager.
