OVERVIEW Morning Brew is seeking a driven, intellectually curious Business Development Associate to join our Financial Brand Partnerships (Sales) team.

You will work alongside our most senior sellers to go deeper within key accounts, unlock net-new business with untapped financial brands, and develop the skills to own your own pipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Account Research & Mapping: Build org charts for priority financial brands, identify decision-makers, surface insights that inform strategy Sales Enablement: Partner with AEs on deal progression; prepare briefing materials, call notes, and follow-up assets Training & Development: Shadow calls, gradually take on discovery conversations, and progress toward owning your own pipeline Strategic Outreach: Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn; develop messaging tailored to financial services audiences WHAT YOU'LL BRING
