Job description

We are looking for a Brand Strategist who can define, articulate, and scale a cohesive brand across touchpoints. This role goes beyond visual design — it focuses on brand thinking, narrative building, and system creation.

You will be responsible for shaping how a brand sounds, feels, and is perceived, ensuring consistency across product, marketing, and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy Development

  • Define brand positioning, mission, vision, and core values
  • Identify target audience segments and craft relevant brand narratives
  • Develop differentiated messaging frameworks aligned with business goals

2. Brand Voice & Messaging

  • Create and document brand voice (tone, personality, language principles)
  • Develop messaging hierarchies (taglines, value propositions, key messages)
  • Ensure consistency across all written communication (website, ads, product, social)

3. Identity System Design

  • Build comprehensive brand identity systems (visual + verbal)
  • Define typography, color systems, iconography, imagery direction, and layout principles
  • Create scalable design systems and brand guidelines for cross-team usage

4. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and leadership teams
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, product experiences, and sales materials
  • Translate strategy into actionable creative direction

5. Brand Governance & Evolution

  • Maintain and update brand guidelines as the company evolves
  • Audit brand usage across channels and ensure adherence
  • Continuously refine brand positioning based on market feedback and trends

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in brand strategy, branding, or communications roles
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer psychology
  • Proven experience in building brand voice and identity systems
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into structured frameworks

Good to Have

  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or technology brands
